This wedding season among all the *THIS IS IT* weddings, I was most looking most forward to Maliha Aziz’s. Reasons being that she’s beautiful and she has an amazing fashion and style sensibility, it just comes natural to some people and Maliha is one of them. For those who don’t know; Maliha Aziz is the daughter of Karachi based designer Farah Talib Aziz and is also the brand manager for the design house. Maliha has also co-founded Ava Mirabelle- an avant-garde luxe contemporary clothing design house.
Here’s your scoop on what she wore:
Nikkah:
On her nikkah ceremony, Maliha wore a gorgeous chikankari lehnga and an antique heavily embellished choli, with hints of blue. The jewellery was vintage and set in feroza stones. Make-up was done by Anam Farooq Khan at Tariq Amin Salon, she looked liked a vision in white!
Mehndi:
For the mehndi Maliha wore a Farah Talib Aziz, angarakha cut peshwas in shocking pink and orange. This too was very heavily embellished and accompanied with vintage jewels. Make up was by the popular Natasha’s salon. Love how the hair is kept loose to give a slight modernity to the otherwise very vintage attire.
Reception:
Another beautiful ceremony and another out of this world gorgeous look adorned by Maliha. A fully embellished peach bridal by again Farah Talib Aziz with accents of red embroidery topped off with diamond and ruby jewellery. She looked spectacular!
